Where we deliver
One warehouse, on West Circular Street in Saratoga Springs, and it is a shipping point rather than a place to visit. There is no will-call counter and no customer pickup — every order goes out on a truck, same week, anywhere in the state.
Saratoga Springs & the Capital Region
Home base, and the shortest lane we run. Job-site delivery is next day across the Capital Region, often same day when a truck is already headed your way. Saratoga County's local tax rate is the lowest we deliver into — the estimator knows.
7%combined tax rateGlens Falls & the Adirondacks
Straight up the Northway. Warren and Washington sit at the same low local rate as Saratoga, and heated transit is standard November through March.
7%combined tax rateSyracuse & Central New York
Scheduled runs west on the Thruway twice a week, plus a hotshot when a job cannot wait for the next one.
8%combined tax rateHudson Valley
Down the river on the same lane as the Capital Region run. The transit-district surcharge starts here — it lands on the invoice.
8.125%combined tax rateRochester & the Finger Lakes
A longer haul, so order the day before you need it. Ontario County's rate is lower than Monroe's and the estimator splits them correctly.
8%combined tax rateLong Island
Scheduled runs to both counties. Nassau and Suffolk carry different local rates on top of the transit-district surcharge; both land correctly on the invoice.
9%combined tax rateNew York City
Box trucks sized for city sites, and drivers who know the bridge and tunnel rules for placarded freight.
8.875%combined tax rateBuffalo & Western New York
The far end of the state, so freight costs the most and takes the longest. Erie County also carries the highest local tax rate we collect.

Sales tax follows the delivery address, not our warehouse: state, county or city, and the transit-district surcharge where it applies. Put the job-site ZIP in the estimator and you will see the same breakdown that lands on the invoice.
