How we price, in plain words
- Material is priced off a list you can see, with tier discounts you earn by paying on time.
- Fronting is a flat 15% of the amount we front, charged once, at shipment. You see the dollar figure before you sign, and fees never compound — a fee is never charged on another fee.
- Every advance has a hard cap of 45% of the fronted amount, extensions included. When the cap is hit, fees stop. Full stop.
- Extensions are limited to two, at 7.5% each, and we would rather hear from you early than late. Past the cap we restructure instead of charging.
- Freight is quoted before we ship and priced by distance from Saratoga Springs. We audit every carrier bill, so padding never reaches your invoice.
- Tax is figured from the job-site address — state, county or city, and the transit-district surcharge where it applies — and shown line by line. Have an exemption certificate like an ST-124? Upload it once and we apply it to every order it covers.
